You shouldn’t worry about a meter running if you need to have a conversation. People should not be rewarded for taking more time on something. You can’t run a business without knowing what something will cost.

Fractional CTO/CIO & AI Leadership
We provide ongoing part-time management, strategy, budgeting, planning, and assessments for your company as well as leading specific technology initiatives. We’re most effective when we can embed with your team and become a part of your organization.
These services span months or years, billed as a monthly retainer. Together we can gauge how much of a commitment you require. Typical engagements range anywhere from $5k per month to $15k.
Project-Based Assignments
Based on the initiatives or specific tasks in question, together we will define a set project fee after an initial consulting / discovery engagement. Budgets vary widely for these sorts of assignments.
AI & Technology Mentoring
We can provide coaching or more focused mentoring, and Blue Raven delivers a unique AI Labs education program Blue Raven also delivers a unique AI Labs education program (learn more). Varying by the size of your team and frequency of sessions, this can run a few thousand dollars per month and higher.
Day to Day
We solve problems, manage ourselves, and are here to help:
- We're remote but happy to travel.
- We'll invite you into our shared tools and messaging environments.
- We're flexible and can add and change objectives as you need. It's not "out of scope."
- We're a team not just a single consultant. You'll work with a senior leader, tech experts, ops specialists and more as needed.
Again, all for our agreed-upon retainer or fixed project fee.

Like every business we need to market our services, but we’re not a sales company.
While we can refer you to some great ones, we’re not a managed service provider.
We’ve got a background in software development, but we don’t sell dev services.
We do recommend vendors, but we don’t take a cut of their fees.
While our time and your time is valuable we don’t bill for hours.
